Not exactly sure what some of these items means, but I'll be happy to make any
changes needed, FWIW.

DBIx::Safe is not in CPAN - someone grabbed the namespace a long time ago and
has done nothing with it, and my attempts to take it over were rebuffed because
certain people though DBIx::Safe was not a good name. It's been a while however,
so I'll give it another go today.
