Yes. Dimitri wants a lot of different things, but at least what he's
proposing in this regard (using a Python-like system) does seems easily
doable with little overhead and manpower. :)

The list of supported version is already provided by a script AFAIU.
What's probably needed is a postgresql-all-dev which depends on
all postgresql${supported-version(s)}-dev.

Martin, how does that sound?
