[Pkg-postgresql-public] Getting postgresql-8.4 8.4.12-2 into wheezy

Thanks for pointing that out -- so that is the real issue here? I
guess I'll upload -3 to unstable which lowers that to Recommends? Or
can britney be told to let that package in anyway?
