[Pkg-postgresql-public] PostgreSQL package branches moved; pkg-postgresql can commit now

Hello friends of pkg-postgresql,

with today's new microreleases I need to do uploads of all versions
and experimental/unstable/squeeze/, which is a good opportunity to
finally move the packaging branches off my personal Launchpad account
(where only I can commit) to bzr.debian.org, where everyone in
pkg-postgresql can commit:

  http://bzr.debian.org/bzr/pkg-postgresql/

(This also contains the postgresql-8.4/squeeze/ branch). So if you
have some obvious packaging fixes, or want to do a microrelease
update etc., please feel free to just commit them without much fuss. I
just ask to always add/update the test cases for postgresql-common if
you fix a bug or add a new feature there, and run the p-common test
suite before each server upload.

I updated all the Vcs-* tags as well, so "debcheckout postgresql-9.1"
(or -common, etc.) will DTRT, including -a (for pkg-postgresql
members who want to push).

Thanks,

Martin
