Yes, please move to the apt.postgresql.org packages. The packages are
compatible, you shouldn't have any difficulty switching from backports
to apt.postgresql.org.

We will really kill the non-maintained postgresql-9.0 backport on
backports.debian.org now. (It wasn't updated since Debian unstable
moved from 9.0 to 9.1.)
