clone 758482 -1
reassign -1 postgresql-common
retitle -1 debian/control shouldn't be generated automatically
retitle 758482 pg-reorg needs porting to postgresql-9.4
thanks

Oh ok. Relying on clean not getting called was a pretty wacky
assumption in the equation which was somehow bound to fall over.

I've given the situation another thought and it turns out that fixing
this is pretty straightforward: in postgresql-common, we just need to
tweak pgxs_debian_control.mk, and pg_buildext will grow two actions
"checkcontrol" and "updatecontrol" which should have been there
anyway.

This will be in the next upload, thanks for the heads-up.
