Hi Wim,

I couldn't get a working SSL connection with 0.8.2 either. I've now
promoted the new 0.9.1~beta version on apt.postgresql.org where it
works. (The connection edit dialog is still pretty fragile, lots of
buttons, unclear where one has to click.)

Does that fix the problem for you?
