commit 15e08342ea9336d9f967b20fc220a1e1c33c6eba
Author: Sukhbir Singh <sukhbir at torproject.org>
Date: Mon May 16 13:07:38 2016 -0400

Remove compatibility for older versions of Thunderbird

The current version (0.1.4) supports Thunderbird 10.0 - 31.*. We now support
Thunderbird 38.* - 45.* and so remove the backward compatibility code.
