Fixes bug #14810: show the reinstall option only when the device
is big enough to make a full reinstallation, overwritten even the
old installations.

Related to Feature #14720, Fix self.opts.partition vs. self.force_reinstall semantics.

We do not leak self.force_reinstall to the creator.py file anymore.
Instead, we store parent device data in the partition's data, if it exists.
Then we remove the parent information from the list of devices.
Therefore we do not list both the device and the child partition in the list
of available devices the user can choose from.
