Torbirdy is incompatible with Thunderbird >= 68.

Also declare a Breaks:
when people upgrade to Thunderbird 68, this deactivates Torbirdy for
them. They might think it still works, hence introducing a Breaks
relationship seems like the only useful way to make it known to them
that this breaks compatibility. (See #945456)
