Unable to do anything on tor either using the experimental or using
the 0.2.9-4 version -

The error message goes in to a loop and the same message is kept
repeating till you don't break the cycle with CTRL+C .

As far as apparmor conffiles are concerned, they too are here -

hope it helps in getting torbrowser-launcher fixed.
