A long time ago torbrowser-launcher could accept URLs as arguments, but
then a change in Tor Browser itself broke that feature, so I removed it.

Here is a recent pull request that tried to reimplement it, but I closed
without merging after explaining the issue:

I'm not sure if there's an upstream-upstream ticket for Tor Browser
itself about this, but that would be the place to start.
