two days from now is the deadline for this proposal, and we currently
have (i think) 5 approvers:

  * dkg
  * anarcat
  * u.
  * georg
  * intrigeri

and no dissenters.

reading our decision-making process to try to figure out if this is
right, i realize that i don't know how we assess who is actually on the
team!

is this the canonical list?

   https://salsa.debian.org/groups/pkg-privacy-team/-/group_members

the decision-making process says:

      At the end of its time limit, the proposal is accepted if there
      are positive votes from 1/3 (rounding up) of the team members at
      the time the proposal is made, or 3 team members, whichever is the
      smallest; and no negative votes.

the list above has 21 members. so 1/3 of that is 7. 3 < 7, so we need
at least 3, and we have 5 supporters.

so, barring objections in the next couple of days, this looks like it
will be approved and adopted by the group. If you have a problem with
it, please speak up!
