[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Bug#912719: fails open if it cannot parse -a

torsocks fails open if it cannot parse the -a argument.

Since torsocks could not parse -a, it just used the tor on 127.0.0.1:9050.  I
would expect it to fail closed instead.
