Changing the account name under which nicoo is a privacy-team member,
now that she is a DD is totally reasonable.  On other teams i've been
on, i think the ${foo}-guest account has been removed from group
membership when the person has deleted that account.  I suppose for the
privacy-team, the only important thing is to remember in the meantime
that nicoo doesn't count twice when calculating quorum or voting, but i
think we can handle that :)

Thanks for taking on DD responsibilities, nicoo!  And thanks for taking
care of the logistics, Ulrike!
