I rechecked all the domains and it looks like the torproject one's are
blocked all the time, except indeed if faking a TLS SNI.

gaffer and 0xacab seem to work now, even though the former only works
using wget from Ullmann, but still reports an error on the DMD.

keyringer domains are entirely down.

There is now an RT ticket with that information: [rt.debian.org #7825]
