[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Request to join the Privacy Tools Maintainers Team

I'd like to join the Privacy Tools Maintainers Team to help maintain
obfs4proxy and contribute to other Tor and Tails related packages in the
future. I'm currently a DM and also volunteer for the Tor Project
Metrics team.
