[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Bug#945456: xul-ext-torbirdy: Torbirdy is incompatible with Thunderbird > 60

Thunderbird is removing support for XUL extensions from version 68.
While there might be a possibility to convert Torbirdy to what
Thunderbird now calls MailExtensions and run the code of the extension
as legacy code, this would only have an effect within a limited
timeframe: Thunderbird will entirely remove support for legacy
extensions in version 72 or 78 (planned for summer 2020).

According to research of segfault from Tails, it seems impossible to
even set the preferences that Torbirdy set via this new MailExtension
format.
