e89cc7c4b9365c8b indeed added description of the website mode; but it 
doesn't explain how to turn it on. There's still no mention of the 
option in git HEAD:

   $ git describe
   debian/2.2-2-5-ge9b2131

   $ man -l debian/onionshare.1 | grep -c -- --website
   0
