[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Bug#970799: torbrowser-launcher: i cant launch tor browser 10.0 after updating - possibly apparmor issue

I documented this issue[1] with upstream and made a patch[2] to fix it.

If you want a fix immediately without disabling the apparmor profile, 
you can add the two lines from the patch and then run

    sudo apparmor_parser -r /etc/apparmor.d/torbrowser.Browser.firefox

to reload the profile.
