[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Fix request for torbrowser-launcher 0.3.2-13

Dear Debian Privacy Team,

I am Nông Hoàng Tú, Team member from Parrot OS (
https://www.parrotsec.org/docs/team/), we've been working a lot on
debugging the system and recently we've found a fix for the TorBrowser
Launcher, the problem we encountered was about the string comparison
(it was wrong).

We would like to push the fix, you can see our topic about it with the
