[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Bug#976084: torbrowser-launcher: Does not work with ibus input method

If AppArmor is enabled, keyboard entry doesn't work as expected, as 
torbrowser cannot communicate with ibus.

Adding the following to AppArmor config file torbrowser.Browser.firefox 
fixes it:

  # Allow ibus
  owner @{HOME}/.config/ibus/bus/* r,
