[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Becoming a member again

Hi folks,

A long time ago, I was a member of this group, before it moved to
Salsa. In fact, I may have created the group originally, I can't
remember, but for sure I was one of the original members :)

In any case, I'd like to re-join, partly because I want to upload a
security fix for obfs4proxy by sponsoring Meskio's work, among some
other updates I'd like to do, but also because I like it here, and you
all are nice folks who I share many values.

I understand that rejoining the team should be just requesting to be
added in the salsa group (the web UI lets you do that) and telling the
mailing-list you were previously a member.

So, this is me telling the mailing-list that I was previously a member!
