   * What led up to the situation?
Run torbrowser-lunccher. Normally it will download the torbrowser with no issue.
As of 2 or 3 days ago it fails to download the torbrowser and reports '404'.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Attempted to run the launcher

   * What was the outcome of this action?
404 message.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
Expected torbrowser to download (as it alwasy has done in the past).
[Not nothing changes in my PC since this run ok a few days previously. I see the same problem on other PCs.]
