Upstream updated recently to 0.3.6:

         https://github.com/micahflee/torbrowser-launcher/releases/tag/v0.3.6

Reason for the update:

        Tor Browser 12.0 no longer uses locales, so the download URL and local
        path have changed

All prior versions of torbrowser-launcher are probably broken and unusable.
