Actually, 2.4.0 has the change you need. That repository was moved to
GitLab:
https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/core/torsocks/
... where you can find that tag. It seems the repository was migrated
but without updating the GitWeb side of things...
I'll make sure we post a notice there, but in the meantime, just update
to latest! :)
