Dear Maintainer,

A message catalog for Chinese (with Traditional Chinese characters) is installed in
both
/usr/share/locale/zh/LC_MESSAGES/torbrowser-launcher.mo
and
/usr/share/locale/zh_TW/LC_MESSAGES/torbrowser-launcher.mo

This catalog is thus seen both by users in the
People's Republic of China (locale zh_CN) and in Taiwan (locale zh_TW).
But the script used in these two countries is different
(Simplified Chinese characters in zh_CN,
Traditional Chinese characters in zh_TW),
and due to decades-old political reasons,
it is culturally inacceptable to present messages in Traditional Chinese
to users in the People's Republic of China.

Traditional Chinese is not only used in Taiwan, but also
in Hong Kong (locale zh_HK), in Singapore (locale zh_SG),
and in Macao (locale zh_MO).
The file should therefore be be moved and copied:
/usr/share/locale/zh/LC_MESSAGES/torbrowser-launcher.mo -> /usr/share/locale/zh_HK/LC_MESSAGES/torbrowser-launcher.mo
/usr/share/locale/zh/LC_MESSAGES/torbrowser-launcher.mo -> /usr/share/locale/zh_SG/LC_MESSAGES/torbrowser-launcher.mo
/usr/share/locale/zh/LC_MESSAGES/torbrowser-launcher.mo -> /usr/share/locale/zh_MO/LC_MESSAGES/torbrowser-launcher.mo

All 4 files
/usr/share/locale/zh_TW/LC_MESSAGES/torbrowser-launcher.mo
/usr/share/locale/zh_HK/LC_MESSAGES/torbrowser-launcher.mo
/usr/share/locale/zh_SG/LC_MESSAGES/torbrowser-launcher.mo
/usr/share/locale/zh_MO/LC_MESSAGES/torbrowser-launcher.mo
can be identical; this is not a problem.
