As I no longer used hexchat-otr, it is abandoned upstream as far as I
know, and I do not really know the code base enough to fixure out a
fix for this, I plan to let the RC issue keep this package out of trixie.

When I do find time to look at the package, I will most likely ask for
it to be removed, or at the very least list it as orphaned.
