[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] goptlib status

Hello,

I see golang-goptlib salsa[0] repository got updated for veirson 1.5.0 8 months 
ago. But it doesn't look like this version was uploaded to debian.

I see it does correctly update the repo to the new location in 
gitlab.torproject.org as git.torproject.org has being retired. I wonder if that 
will break obfs4proxy, as this code is unmaintained and still pointing to 
git.torproject.org. But we should probably deprecate obfs4proxy and package 
lyrebird[1].

Anyway, I'll like to hear what plans do you have for the package as I'm looking 
into updating the snowflake package and it depends on this one.
