[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Trigger a reminder to get active team member state?

Hey,

when I read [0] I stumbled over:

"Periodically, all team members may be asked whether they want to remain 
members of the team." 

that hasn't happend at least the last two years. How long is one periode?
