no, is not needed by the client or the proxy. sqscreds is a binary used for the
snowflake development, to generate some AWS SQS credentials for the bridgeline.
It's not used by snowflake to work.
I'm happy if you two take over the improvements of the package and move it
whatever you think it makes sense. Looks like I don't find the time to work on
it myself.
I'm sorry it took me so long to reply, is been a busy month.
I'll try to be more responsive in the future.
