Good to know. I will prepare an upload then, since this is a LowNMU as
well as team-maintained package.

As far as Debian is concerned, it is not required as we can just remove
the dependency in our packaging code.
But removing it from the release will help to make it clear that this
feature is probably not to be relied upon due to the nature of the
licensing issue.
