[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Bug#813354: Ricochet im UI doesn't display characters correctly

control: reassign -1 ricochet-im 1.1.1-2+b1

Please don't use html.  Just don't do it.
And if you do, at least make sure the text/plain part of your multipar
email makes sense (looks below).
