(e) You have both the GNU GPL in ./COPYING and GNU LGPL in ./COPYING.LESSER, but looking through the source code only the LGPL is used. Could you remove the redundant one, and also clarify (e.g. in README) whether you are licensing this under "LGPL-3 only" or "LGPL-3 and any later version"?
