[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Bug#821093: torbrowser should be usable as sensible-browser

package: torbrowser-launcher
Hi,
it should be possible to use torbrowser as /usr/bin/sensible-browser and
to open URLs from the command line with it.
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/14977 is the upstream
ticket for this feature, which seems to work again. (Not sure.)
The corresponding feature for this in torbrowsr-launcher has been
removed when upstream had disabled the feature, maybe it can be brought
back.
Basically I want to run "torbrowser --new-window https://example.com".
(--new-tab would also be nice.)
Filing this bug so we can track the status of this, probably the
implementation in the torbrowser-launcher package will be a few lines in
a README.Debian.

cheers,
Holger
