Hi,

so it seems upgrades of torbrowser are still not working using the
apparmor rules from torbrowser-launcher in sid.

https://github.com/micahflee/torbrowser-launcher/issues/181 has some
details at the end indicating this.

Filing this bug so we (or some of us) don't believe there is no issue.
