Actually, now I see where some misunderstanding might come from... :( I
_thought_ #1 is an "upgrade" as well, that's why I wrote so in [1].
(Sorry for not paying enough attention to the bug title.. :[ )

So, to be clear: I've tested the _install_ in sid and jessie, and both are
broken right now, hence testing *this* (with whatever framework) is
needed, in my opinion, or the apparmor profiles should be removed, like
discussed already.
