[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Bug#825801: parcimonie: Wrong section "perl", should be in section "net" or similar

Package: parcimonie
Version: 0.9-3
Severity: minor

parcimonie should definitely be in a different section than "perl" as it
has nothing to do with Perl programming. Please move it e.g. into the
section "net". (Other possibilities would be "misc" or "utils".)
