[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Bug#830864: torbrowser-launcher: delete downloaded torbrowser when uninstalling

I've realized that when I run @apt remove --purge torbrowser-launcher@
the downloaded files in ~/.local/share/torbrowser-launcher are not
deleted. Which is expected: they are not listed in
/var/lib/dpkg/info/torbrowser-launcher.list and are not part of the
packaging itself.

However, when I uninstall I might actually want to get rid of the
downloaded browser, history, bookmarks etc. or at least i'd like to know
that I should/could delete/wipe this folder manually.

This bug report is here simply to keep track of this issue.
