[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] ricochet-im is marked for autoremoval from testing

Hi all,

This is actually fixed in Ricochet 1.1.4 as this release contains my patch from August [1]. Updating the ricochet-im package to the latest upstream version should fix this RC bug.
I can take care of this if that’s OK with you, Ximin. A quick build of Ricochet 1.1.4 and libssl-dev 1.1.0c indeed succeeded for me.
