[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] torbrowser-launcher 0.2.6-2~bpo8+1 is also affected by #852732

Hey,

as torbrowser changed its signing key also the stable-bpo version 
0.2.6-2~bpo8+1 is affected by #852732. And torbworser can't be used anymore/
nor update. It would be nice, if 0.2.6-3.1 (available in testing) could be 
uploaded to backports.

I tested just to install the version that is available in testing and it 
worked without any issue on a stable system ( only torbrowser-launcher was 
updated), so a simple rebuild with a correct version number should make 
torbrowser working again for stable users.
