Julien and Roger, what version of the python-gpg, python-gpgme,
libgpgme11 and libgcrypt20 packages do you have installed on
your system?
Julien, if you haven't python-gpg installed, can you please install it
and retry?
(torbrowser-launcher runs different code depending on whether
python-gpg is available.)
