Works for me! Do you want to handle it? I admit my proposal came out
mostly of my laziness to do exactly that. The announcement email says:

  - Distribution lists for use in the Maintainer: field.  We suggest
    that, with maybe some extra code, this use-case could be well served
    by the tracker.debian.org service for almost all purposes.  For
    larger teams, such as the Debian Perl Group, a list on lists.debian.org
    might be another option.

… so I doubt that listmasters find us big enough for lists.d.o.
If someone writes "some extra code" then we can use tracker.d.o,
otherwise I doubt Debian will have anything suitable for us.

I don't know if that's an option boum.org can easily provide,
but I can ask.
