[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Bug#882375: AppStream metadata for pidgin-otr are missing

Please, consider adding an AppStream metadata file to pidgin-otr package. This allows pidgin-otr to show as Pidgin addon in GNOME Software, KDE Discover and other package manager interfaces based on AppStream. The needed AppStream metainfo file is included as attachment. It is taken from Fedora, but it should work on Debian as well as other distributions.
