[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Migration to Salsa

Hi!

In the coming days I plan to migrate all packages handled under the
pkg-privacy umbrella to Salsa.

I've created the pkg-privacy-team there and added all current members on
Alioth to it (except for two people who did not yet create their salsa
account).

Please let me know if this suits you or if you prefer to migrate
packages, that you take care of, yourself.

I've not yet looked into the mailingl ist part nor Git hooks to receive
email diffs like we currently do. If you want to help, please go ahead,
otherwise I'll certainly send some more emails to this list :)
