[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Offer to help with the Privacy Maintainers group

Hi Team,

A week ago or so I requested (via the https://salsa.debian.org/pkg-privacy-team Request Access button) to be part of the pkg-privacy-team group. This was probably not the right way to do it and it got denied, maybe mistaken for spam or intrusion attempt?

I hereby kindly ask to be part of the team. I am taking care of the pdf-redact-tools[1] package and volunteered to help maintain mat2[2] as well. I am also willing to help beyond these two packages when and if I can.
