[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Offer to help with the Privacy Maintainers group

Loic, as one of the owners and founders of this team I have deleted this
request - because it is not necessary to contribute to pdf-redact-tools
and mat2. You are a member of both projects with master respectively
developer status.

The privacy maintainer team has no other technical contribution
restrictions, everyone with access to Salsa can make merge requests,
view and edit files there. Furthermore, you can create repositories on
Salsa to your liking, simply, in order to put them under the team
umbrella, you should ask here on this list.
