[Pkg-privacy-maintainers] Offer to help with the Privacy Maintainers group

Hi,

After digging a little more, I figured out the difference it makes to be a member of the group rather than a member of a given project. In a nutshell all members of the privacy team:

   https://salsa.debian.org/groups/pkg-privacy-team/-/group_members

have access to all projects in the team, for instance:

   https://salsa.debian.org/pkg-privacy-team/codecrypt/project_members

which enable them to give a hand anywhere it is needed. With this in mind, my proposal could be reworded as follows:

It is great that pdf-redact-tools has been accepted in the Privacy Team and it is comforting that all members of the team can give a hand for packaging. I would be happy to return the favor and become a member of the privacy team to help other projects that are under its umbrella, when and if needed.
