The current strategy for "python3-only" code in txtorcon is the naming
scheme (*_py3.py) and that could won't be imported in python2 so it
should be fine to delete it / not ship it in a python2 package.

(That's currently the ONLY python3 code). If there's a better way to
accomplish this, I'm happy to change txtorcon.
