Bug#621081: proftpd-basic: ProFTPd cannot start in inetd/xinetd mode.

Yeah, xinetd installed.

As I understand proftpd package don't have inetd in package dependencies but
notes about inetd/xinetd way of installation.

And after xinetd installation and dpkg-reconfigure proftpd still don't
working(this looks like a bug for me :)
